Dr. Joel Libove, CEO, CTO and Co-founder jlibove@furaxa.com
During Dr. Libove's 28-year career, he led the team that developed the first commercially successful MC68000/Unix supermicro; invented the first disk controller architecture capable of fully-hardware-implemented zero-latency transfers (US Patent # 4,584,617); invented and designed the first computer bus anomaly trigger (automatic bus protocol and timing detection system), whose massively parallel triggering architecture is used in virtually all of the world's bus analyzers; designed the first VME bus timing analyzer and first PCI bus timing analyzer and anomaly trigger; and co-invented, the first accurate non-contact AC voltage measuring system (US Patent # 5,473,244) and DC measuring system (US Patent #6,452,398, with Steve Chacko). Additionally, in 2002, he designed a PCI data acquisition system capable of acquiring 8GB of uninterrupted data at up to 1.25 Gigasamples/second, making it the deepest high-speed A/D board in the industry. Joel holds over 16 patents and has published numerous papers. Currently, he sits on the board of ADAX Corporation and Ultraview Corporation.

Joel received his Masters and PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, with an emphasis in high-speed digital and analog circuit design. Dr. Libove's PhD research was in the area of NMR blood flow imaging. He also holds a BSEE from Cornell University.

Steven Chacko, VP Engineering and Co-founder chacko@furaxa.com
Mr. Chacko has been involved in engineering development and project management since 1991, starting as a systems engineer at Viasat, Inc., where he completed a number of communications projects serving both commercial and military customers. Heading a series of advanced R&D efforts, he independently developed the initial prototypes of now patented technologies in the area of signal processing and digital communication, including Paired Carrier Multiple Access (PCMA) and the technology that resulted in Trellisware, Inc. Additionally, he has worked with Dr. Libove to develop and patent several technologies related to low-signal electrical sensing.

Steve received his Masters in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University with an emphasis in signal processing and digital communications, and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Steve also holds a BSEE from Cal Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.

Ellis Goldberg, VP Sales & Marketing egoldberg@furaxa.com
Ellis has been involved in marketing test & measurement electronics for over 25 years with Finisar, Gould/Biomation and AIS. As the first marketing hire at Finisar, he was responsible for hiring sales representatives, visiting customers, and defining product specifications. While at Finisar, Ellis successfully grew the T&M revenues from $500K to $30M/year over a six year period. Ellis has joined Furaxa to lead the commercial licensing efforts of the sampler pulser technology.

Ellis holds a BSEE from the New York Institute of Technology and an MBA from John F. Kennedy University.
